Nicollette spent the formative years of her career in interior design, developing high-end residential projects from conceptualization through installation. Nicollette also holds experience in the development and curation of furniture, rug, lighting, and accessories lines at a nationally-recognized corporation. After moving to New York, she joined one of New York City’s most-prestigious design firms, reawakening her love of interiors, before co-founding Forma Collective.
Brittni Weicker
CO-FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Brittni’s professional creative journey began in visual merchandising and store design at the maison of one of the most well-known names in fashion. After overseeing the design and construction of stores and licensee showrooms, Brittni transitioned to residential interior design and honed her skills at some of New York City’s most-renowned firms. In recent years, she has lent her unique expertise to many high-profile home projects.
